Peller Gains Admission Into Lagos University, Knocks Critics

Popular Nigerian TikToker, Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, has officially gained admission into a university in Lagos to study law, putting to rest critics who have often mocked his educational background.

In a video shared on social media on Saturday, Peller was seen walking into a building with a statue of justice at the entrance, signaling a new chapter in his life. While he confirmed his admission into a private university, he chose not to disclose the institution’s name.

“Everyone has been criticising me for not being educated, as if I’m the first person who didn’t attend university. Now, all of you should leave social media, because I’m in school,” he said.

“I’m now studying law, you can see it, right? You can’t mess with me anymore. I know the law,” Peller added confidently.

Over the years, the TikToker has faced online criticism, with some labeling him as “lousy and uneducated.” Earlier this month, Peller had revealed plans to further his education, citing a desire to improve his spoken English as one of the motivating factors.

Peller has also been in the public eye recently due to a controversy involving American streamer IShowSpeed, where he was prevented from meeting the streamer for a potential collaboration.

This latest development signals a major turning point for the TikToker, as he balances his social media fame with formal education.
